Our Mission
To instill a lifelong passion for soccer in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment, supporting players to reach their full potential in life.
Over these four decades, our goal has remained clear: to ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate in organized sports. We firmly believe that sports play a vital role in the development of our youth, and we are committed to providing access for all children, regardless of their financial circumstances.
The Steamboat Soccer Club is the second-largest youth sports program in the Yampa Valley, serving over 1000 athletes annually. No player is ever turned away from our program. With free shoes and jerseys on rotation, sponsorships, and scholarships, SSC will always find a way to serve an athlete wishing to participate in soccer.

60K a year in field & gym rental fees
40K a year for referee expenses
Experience the impact of your generosity! We're excited to introduce a new opportunity for you to directly improve a player's life. If you're willing to donate to SSC, you can choose from the following amounts, which would cover the cost of paying for a player in our club as well as their uniform cost. The breakdowns are as follows:
- Sponsor a Recreational player for 1 season $150 - $175
- Sponsor an Academy player for 1 season $375
- Sponsor a Recreational player's uniform, $45
- Sponsor a Competitive U11-14 player for an entire year $1100
- Sponsor a Competitive U15-19 player for an entire year $750
- Sponsor a competitive player's uniform, $180
